What's your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy — you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with its tags, and in the original packaging.
Back sleeper or side sleeper?
Both. The dual-height contour gives side sleepers a raised edge to fill the shoulder gap, and back sleepers a central dip that cradles the head — so you're supported whichever way you turn.
How long until it feels normal?
Give it a few nights. A contoured pillow is a change from a flat one, and most people settle in within the first week — many notice less morning stiffness by then.
